- Code of Business Ethics and Conduct
- Corporate Governance Guidelines
- Economic Transparency Statement
- Health, Safety and Environment Policy
- Climate Change Position
- Renewable Energy Position
- Water Sustainability Position
- Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
- Diversity and Inclusion Position
- Human Rights Position
- HIV/AIDS Position
- Corporate Contributions Philosophy
Our position statements on economic transparency, water
sustainability, diversity and inclusion, human rights and
HIV/AIDS have all been adopted since the publication of
our baseline report, and we recently revised our
climate
change position to include our support for mandatory
frameworks to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This is not an exhaustive list of the company’s
policies, but represents those most relevant to sustainable
development issues. In locations where the workforce is
not fluent in English, key elements of many of these
policies have been translated into the predominant local
language. For example, the code of business ethics and
conduct has been translated for operations in Azerbaijan,
China, Norway, Venezuela and Indonesia, as well as
countries in the Middle East.
